Taylor Swift has added another remarkable achievement to her already extensive music career, matching Rihanna's record for the most Top 10 entries in the history of Billboard's Pop Airplay chart.
The milestone was confirmed on the chart dated October 31, 2026, after Swift's song "Patient Zero" climbed from No. 13 to No. 10. The move gave the American singer her 30th Top 10 appearance on the radio chart, placing her level with Rihanna, who previously held the record alone.
The achievement highlights the continued strength of Swift's music on mainstream radio. Both artists have now recorded 30 Top 10 entries and 52 overall appearances on the 40-position Pop Airplay chart.
Swift still leads in chart-topping singles
Although Swift and Rihanna are now tied for the most Top 10 appearances, Swift holds the advantage in another important category. She has accumulated 16 No. 1 hits on the Pop Airplay chart, compared with Rihanna's 11.
Other major names on the all-time Top 10 list include Ariana Grande with 25 entries, Justin Bieber and Maroon 5 with 22 each, and Bruno Mars with 21.
The story behind "Patient Zero"
"Patient Zero" is one of the additional tracks released on the deluxe edition of Swift's 2025 album, The Life of a Showgirl. The song has also enjoyed a strong run on the Billboard Hot 100, where it previously reached No. 1.
The Pop Airplay chart measures the performance of songs across mainstream Top 40 radio stations in the United States. Its rankings are based on radio audience and play data, making the latest milestone another indication of Swift's enduring influence on contemporary pop music.
With 30 Top 10 hits now to her name, Swift has drawn level with Rihanna in one of the chart's most closely watched historical categories. Their shared record further underlines the remarkable longevity of both artists in the global music industry.
